Energizer Power Max P16K Pro Coming With 16,000mAh Battery

A teaser video for the Energizer Power Max P16K Pro indicates that the phone will be launched during the Mobile World Congress 2018. This smartphone is manufactured by Avenir Technologies and recent reports state that the key feature of the handset will be its 16,000mAh battery. The battery included with the upcoming device is nearly four times larger than the 4,500mAh battery contained within the Energizer Power Max P600S. The handset’s battery is also larger than the 11,000mAh battery included with the recently launched OUKITEL K10.
Aside from the differences in the battery size, reports indicate that the Energizer Power Max P16K Pro will sport the same hardware as the Power Max P600S. The Power Max P16K Pro will likely be powered by the Helio P25 chipset from the semiconductor company MediaTek. The Helio P25 SoC is comprised of an octa-core ARM Cortex A53 64-bit CPU running at a maximum frequency of 2.5GHz and the Mali-T880 MP2 GPU. Moreover, the handset is rumored to sport a 5.99-inch display with a resolution of 2160 by 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The device has a very thin bezel above the display, which contains the earpiece, the front-facing selfie shooter, and additional sensors. The device is expected to ship with 13 and 5-megapixel snappers on its back, while the front-facing camera of the device has an 8-megapixel sensor. An LED flash will be included on both the phone’s front and back sides, it seems. The device is also rumored to ship with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal flash storage, although there is no available information yet on whether the handset will support expandable memory. Despite the large size of the handset’s battery, the Power Max P16K Pro will only have a thickness of less than 10mm, a recent report claims.
More information regarding the availability, specifications, and pricing of the Energizer Power Max P16K Pro will likely be available once the company announced this phone. The Energizer Power Max P16K Pro is expected to launch on February 25, at this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona.
